How to Claim Karunya Plus KN 606 Prizes
If your winning amount is less than ₹5,000, you can claim the prize from any Kerala Lottery shop by submitting the winning ticket.
If the prize amount is more than ₹5,000, the winning ticket must be submitted to the designated banks or the Kerala State Lottery Department along with the following documents:

A claim application with self-attested photocopies of both sides of the ticket.

Two passport-size photographs of the prize winner, attested by a Gazetted Officer or Notary.

A prize money receipt in the prescribed format with a ₹1 revenue stamp and the full address of the prize winner.

In case the prize winner is a minor, a guardianship certificate issued by a competent authority.

For joint claims, one winner must be authorised to receive the prize money, along with a joint declaration on ₹50 stamp paper.

Self-attested copy of PAN card.

Attested identity proof (such as Ration Card, Driving Licence, Passport, Election ID, etc.).
According to Kerala Lotteries Net, winners must submit the winning ticket along with all required documents within 90 days of the draw date.
